超高压大口径气动球阀是气动执行器的一种新产品，它具有新颖独特的结构和专门的控制系统设计，它与气控或电控组合仪表配套，广泛地应用于冶金、矿山、石油、化工、电力、轻工、船舶等工业部门和自动化控制系统中，适用于气体、液体或含有悬浮颗粒流体的流量控制或切断。它能适应模拟量或开关量两种信号控制，实现快速开关动作。具有流阻小，开关迅速、启闭灵活、寿命长，安全可靠等优点。
The pneumatic ball valve made by CHV is new designed, which has unusual construction,and special control system. It can be combined with pneumatic or electric instrument panel. Wide used in metallurgy, mine, petroleum, chemical plant, electric power, light industry, shipyard,etc. Suitable medium is gas, liquid, or flow mingled with solid impurity. It can control by two signals, one is simulation signal, and other one is quantum of opening.
㈠、超高压大口径气动球阀安装要求
1．可在水平或垂直管道上安装使用，不受位置限制。
i. The valve can be installed on the pipe line in both level and vertical position.
2．安装前必须对阀门内腔和密封面进行彻底清扫，不允许有污物粘附，并检查运输过程中有无损坏。
ii. Before installation, check the valve, and clear inside and RF surface.
3．安装前要彻底清扫管道中的污物和焊渣。
iii. Flange connection bolting must be screw down equally.
4．法兰连接螺栓应对称均匀拧紧。
iv. Make a clean sweep of dust and weld sinter inside the pipe line.
5．安装时气路管线应用压缩空气吹扫干净，并检查接头是否严密可靠。
v. For gas pipe line, must totally dry the pipe line before installation. And check the pipe fittings.
㈡、超高压大口径气动球阀调试
输入开关量信号，检查动作时间和动作方向是否符合使用要求。
Load the signal, and see if the valve action according to requirement.
㈢、超高压大口径气动球阀使用维护
1．应注意使用的环境温度为-25℃~+60℃相对湿度≤95%。
i. Installation temperature: Environment temperature: -25℃~+60℃, Relative humidity: ≤95%
2．气动执行机构使用的仪表空气应稳定在0.4~0.7Mpa。气源应经过除尘、脱水、除油等净化处理。
ii. Pressure of instrument air: 0.4~0.7MPa, the air flow must clean, dry and without oil.

iii. Examine and repair:
①．执行机构的维护保养见KG、KW型驱动器使用说明书。

2. Ball Valve Maintenance:
本阀门适于安装在野外（但仪表、附件例外）因此不需要采取特殊的保养措施。
The valve can be installed out door (Besides instrument, and Accessories), so no need for maintenance.
㈣、超高压大口径气动球阀可能出现的故障及排除方法：
1、阀座密封渗漏：
a) Seats leak:
1．密封面有损伤或污物，必须重新修整，清洗密封面。
i. Dirty or hurt on seats, clean sealing surface first.
2．密封面变形或失效时，更换密封圈。
ii. Distorted seats, must replace with new seats.
3．预紧力不够，增强弹簧力度。
iii. Tightness of bolting not enough, change the seat springs.
2、阀杆处密封渗漏：
b) Leakage on the Stem:
卸下操作机构、更换O 型密封圈。
Replace“O”ring.
3、中法兰处渗漏：
c) Leakage on the body seal position:
更换O 型密封圈。
Replace“O”ring.
